Included in the cost of the course is the language teaching (A1 - C1 of the Common European Framework) and course materials.
Payment:
- Payment deadline for tuition until January 31, 2025 by the latest
Important notes:
- It is possible to save money by bank transfer through paying the fees in one lump sum following your application.
- We do not accept credit card payments.
- Please make sure to include your full name and the abbreviation of the program (FSK) on the money-wire transfer payment. Your name has to be clearly identifiable.
- Please note that some banks charge additional fees for the payment.
- Make sure that we receive the full payment on time and that your bank will not deduct additional costs for the transfer.
Your application is only complete after the full amount reached our bank account. All bank fees have to be paid by you. Please ask the bank in your home country for assistance.
Cancellation*:
Cancellation of participation is possible in principle.
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the course starts:
A registration fee of €100 for administrative costs is non-refundable.
If accommodation has been booked, the rental fee will not be refunded.
All other deposits towards the course fee will be refunded in full.
Cancellation up to a maximum of 1 week before the course begins:
A registration fee of €100 for administrative processing will not be refunded.
If accommodation has been booked, the rental fee will not be refunded.
50% of the deposit towards the course fee will not be refunded.
Cancellation 3 days before commencement of the course:
A registration fee of €100 for administrative processing will not be refunded.
If accommodation has been booked, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.
80% of the course fee deposit will not be refunded.
Once the course has started, no further refunds will be granted.
